Jana Mordhorst is the name used for art and design related work under the company name “One Line Studio” registered in the Netherlands. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Jana Mordhorst. These terms therefore relate to any work undertaken and offered (online as offline) by me.

Products & Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Others might be only available in stores. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to my Return Policy.
I reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of my products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that I offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
I do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Collaborating requires clear and transparent communication. I like to give you an overview how I like to start, manage and complete projects:
1. Getting started
I like to start a new project with an intake call. We will talk about what you need and how I can create it. After this maximal 30 min call I will send you a written offer, for that I need your full name, address and email address.
2. Creation process
Assignment confirmed? Great! I will start to work on your design or art in the agreed time period. Depending on the volume and nature of the project we might meet for feedback sessions in between. The detailed project planning will be discussed after confirming the offer.
3. Completion of the assignment
In the end I will deliver one or two final versions to complete the work. In the last stage you can choose the design or artwork that meets your wishes.
Personal and direct communication is important to me to establish an enjoyable collaboration.

All prices do not include VAT (unless specifically mentioned), no shipping costs and no travel costs. Any payment made is non-refundable. The intake call of max. 30 minutes is free of charge. After that I am asking minimal 60€ per hour.
Original Drawings & Prints
The price for a Live Drawing request depends on the duration of the event, the material and the artworks that will be included in the price. A personal offer will be made after an intake call.
Hostet Sessions: The tickets and prices for hosted Drawing Sessions can be found and booked at Hipsy.nl.
Personal Sessions: For booking of remote and individual compiled Drawing Sessions please contact me directly. A personal offer will be made after an intake call.
Commissions & Graphic design assignments
The pricing of a graphic design product or service depends on the extent of the requested assignment. A personal offer will be made after an intake call and be confirmed in a written offer after.
The agreed price includes the intake call, my work, the standard materials I am using and an optional correction loop. If other materials, additional software or third party services need to be bought, it will be charged as Additional Expenses.
You agree to reimburse me for any critical requested expenses necessary for the completion of the development. Examples would be the purchase of specific drawing material; the purchase of specific fonts photography, audio, video; the purchase of specific software at your request.
Modifications to the services and prices
Prices for my products and services are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Copyright, trademark and sharing
Unless otherwise agreed, the original or other results (such as designs, design sketches, drafts, advice, reports, budgets, estimates, specifications, design drawings, illustrations, photographs, prototypes, scale models, templates, prototypes, products and partial products, films audio and video or other presentations, and other materials or (electronic) data files etc.) made by me as part of the work commissioned remain my property, irrespective of whether they have been made available to you or to third parties. We may agree on a fee to the transfer of these original results. Agreements about user licences will be made in the price offer.
All images, text, designs, graphics, and service marks on this website are owned by and property of me or the properly attributed party. You may NOT use our intellectual property in any way, which includes republishing any text, image, design, or other property on another website, or posting a quote or image from my site to any third-party website without my permission.
Design Credits & Reviews
You agree that I may imprint my name, website and contact information on, in, or below a result or service in a reasonable way. I also have the right to remove it from work anytime. You also agree that I can use the drawings, graphics, video, audio and any development created for you in my (online-) portfolio, not needing to credit or naming you, your website or contact information. If any or none of these are acceptable, please inform me beforehand via email.
I’m not liable for any delays, harm, loss, damage, lost profits or misapplication of information.
I make a reasonable effort to update and maintain this website to give you access to my services and products. However, in the event of a technological failure, you accept and acknowledge my lack of responsibility for such a failure, and while I will make reasonable efforts to support you, some technological issues are far outside my control and will require you to access support from a third-party provider.
There is no guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information in what I offer. I’m not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or reliance on personal opinions contained in my offerings or related materials.

These Terms & Conditions become effective immediately when we start communicating about working together. It is the spirit of this agreement that it will be mutually beneficial for you and us. Both parties agree that they have read and understood the terms set forth in this agreement. This agreement is effective for all clients that I have worked with and for any client that has any services with the design credit or byline in the footer mentioning “made with love by” or “made on appreciation base by '' etc. linked to our URLs.
